AttaEle ships globally, with certain exceptions due to carrier restrictions.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Hawaii
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
- Puerto Rico
- Rhode Island
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Armed Forces Americas
- Armed Forces Europe
- Armed Forces Pacific
- Livigno-Trepalle, Campione d’Italia, San Marino and the Vatican City in Italy
- Postal codes starting with 97, 98, 00, and military addresses containing "armee" or "armée" or postal codes 00100 and 00200 in France
- Postal codes starting with 9 in Poland
- Postal codes starting with 39 and FO in Denmark
- Certain remote areas in Colombia and Brazil
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Normally, US domestic Standard Shipping will cost $9.95, and shipping cost to Non-US countries starts at $9.95. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $70.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for US domestic shipping and 5~10 days for international shipping. Shipping times may increase due to high demand.

AttaEle partners with USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics, 4PX Logistics and other partners for US-domestic and Non-US global shipping.
Delivery of Multiple Items
We strive to ensure all your items reach you at the same time. However, different shipping options can be used depending on the product, so all items may not always be sent together.
Changes to Delivery Address
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact our customer support.
